During the 2020 campaign, a ditch containing a structured depositional set was excavated at the central area of Perdigões. This set was made up of four whole containers and a third of another (on which an accumulation of coals was deposited), a Pecten maximus valve, a schist lid, two ivory buttons, and a burned pork jaw, partly deposited on the schist lid, but with a section inside one of the containers. Not being dated yet, this context fits in the mid/third quarter of the 3rd millennium BC and is an example of the ceremonial depositional practices that took place during this period at the center of Perdigões.
